Good evening Marissa, We arrived at the property at 12:00 Midnight and it is now 1:32 AM. however, we are unable to stay due to numerous health and safety concerns. Upon arrival, we observed bugs and mosquitoes throughout the home, as well as a mildew smell, dust, and an overall lack of cleanliness. Because our group includes both children and adults with allergies and asthma, these conditions present a significant health concern.Additionally, we found:•Rat droppings•Broken mirrors•Frayed carpeting•Exposed electrical outlet covers in the walls/ Holes on the wall •Clogged bathroom sinks•Broken screen door locks•Non-functioning blow-up mattresses•Bugs between the sheets on the upstairs mattressGiven these conditions, we do not believe the accommodations are safe or habitable for our family.

HONEST & DETAILED REVIEW. Read to end. Property was great. -Pond out front was perfectly relaxing, has fish and the ducks will let you feed them.-Game room is a cool spot but will require a box fan if you’re hanging out in the summer. -AC powerful enough to cool entire house plus upstairs loft with a box fan at night if you leave the door open all day. -Headline shows 4 bathrooms description says two. It’s two. Custom showers in both. -Renovation is about 90% complete but is perfectly fine. -You’re 7 minutes away from a dollar store and 15 minutes away from dining options. -DoorDash WILL deliver. -Host responds quickly. -Once off main highway surrounding area seems sketchy but everyone keeps to themselves. -Has Wi-Fi but very weak and cell signal decent. But you’re in a farmhouse in the woods. Put your phone down. -Would stay here again for time away from hustle and bustle. But if needing for something close to town would opt for something else. We made it work because there are 7 of us and it was on short notice.
