Welcome to this charming, roomy four bedroom waterfront house on Martin Point in Friendship overlooking Muscongus Bay. The house has a beautiful deck overlooking the water, a dock, a tennis court, and a sauna. Bedrooms include a master suite with ensuite bathroom downstairs (King bed); a large room upstairs with a queen bed (and dormer windows); another queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a crib, a bath with a tub, and a small den with a couch upstairs (great for a pack and play -- which is available for use.) (A third bathroom/laundry room is on the first floor.) The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking large meals to share. There are many areas to gather, including a covered porch overlooking the ocean, a large den, a living/dining room, and a lovely lawn. The property has easy access to hiking trails of the Martin Point Preserve and a nearby beach. This home is a beloved place to gather, relax and make memories in Maine!

The house is stunning with amazing views over the water and the dock. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly equipped and all that was left for us to enjoy the vews, the ocean smell and Maine seafood. Thank you for a fantastic getaway!

Fantastic location! A clean and welcoming home that had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The property manual was detailed and answered all of our questions. We loved our stay in Friendship!

A wonderful house on a beautiful part of the Maine coast. Plenty of room for a three-generation family of eight. Host provided excellent instruction and was very accessible. On a dead-end road that was very nice to walk. If you go, do enjoy Wallace's Market and Jamison Lobster in Friendship.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean and had everything you could need. We prepared all our meals and were amazed at the amount of kitchen appliances, dishes, pans and linens. It was a very relaxing spot and one you won't forget.

The house fit right into the coastal ambience of Maine—quiet and serene. It was clean, very comfortable, and well equipped. On the large porch the sunsets over the water were brilliant. Our group, from 14-87, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Why they chose this property

Friendship is a traditional fishing community and Martin Point has many homes occupied primarily in the summer. Ocean views, ready access to the water and hiking trails, and so much to see and do makes for a great summer getaway.

What makes this property unique

This house has a beautiful porch overlooking the ocean with a lawn leading down to a dock, as well as a sauna and a tennis court, with plenty of room to gather or find quiet retreats.
