Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had the best experience with Cora Bett rentals! If I emailed the were responsive , they were flexible when my schedule kept changing. The house its self is such a cool vibe! Everyone that visited me just wanted to bask in the ambiance of the house. You are literally walking distance to both the river and starland yard area. You’re a one minute walk to forsythe park.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Groovin on Gwinnett. Loved the location, a block from Forsyth Park, able to walk everywhere in the Historic District. Large spacious home with king beds, an elevator, amazing decor, great front porch and back patio, and space for secure parking. Lacey with Cora Bett Property Management was wonderful to work with. She was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns, as well as knowledgeable about the area. We have used Cora Bett rentals a number of times and have nothing but good things to say about their pricing, properties and services.
