“Jayco” is a brand new 2024 Jayco Solstice Campervan. Perfect home on wheels for all your van life adventures. Seats 5 and sleeps 3 comfortably! Sitting right at 22ft, this van is about the size of a full-sized truck that just pushes the boundary of a typical parking space. Easier to drive, park anywhere without intimidation! Jayco is equipped with solar panels, gas generator, inverter and other amenities, allowing total functional “off grid” living. If you want a tad bit smaller, check out this class B RV.
You will have everything you need, including a wet bath (shower/sink/toilet) in the middle of the van. The rear of the van houses a “Solstice” size bed!! Open the back swing doors and you're sleeping in nature (rear bug screen included). Remove three headrests on the chairs for it to slide down to make a bed.
Jayco is completely controlled with a smart touchpad, you won’t be confused by knobs and switches. This pad is the heart of the system and runs everything by touch. The controls even connect to the phone via Bluetooth!
Once you have prepared breakfast on the gas cooktop, you can dine on the front facing sofa with a removable table and two swivel captain chairs. Whether you're enjoying the fresh air let in by the large opening side windows and sliding door (bug screen included here too), or you're sipping on a cold drink under the stars, you will love everything about Jayco. We have the utmost pride in maintaining competitive rates with other Campervan rentals while distinguishing ourselves from other rentals. We go above and beyond with services, we include with each of our vehicles a “Home Style Package” where we do the heavy lifting for you, ensuring you are ready for #VanLife! For the poo tank (just like a normal toilet), no one wants to clean your poo. However, if you're the type that wants us to clean your poo, everyone has their price, ours is $150. The toilet is super easy, we'll go over that. Propane comes full, and on us (initial tank). However, when you're on the road and get low, of course you'll have to fill up (no reimbursement for unused propane upon return).

Jayco is designed to be completely off grid with a built in Generator, Batteries and Solar Panels. Batteries charge by driving/idling, generator and/or by solar. Fully off grid (Boondocking or Dry Camping) or enjoy the full capability to hook up at RV camps. Enjoy the best of both worlds. We just ask you to fill the gas tank before returning. We take care of the propane for you.
Go see Skyline Drive, Shenandoah River, Rappahannock River, Harper’s Ferry, Luray Caverns, DC Monuments or stay free at the MGM! Yes, I said free. Ask about our tailgate package. We can provide you with a massive list of Campervan friendly Wineries, breweries, ranches or farms to say at. Just ask.
We know from personal experience that traveling and camping by van can create some of the greatest experiences and family’s bonding time. **Cold weather** Adventuring in the cold is an awesome experience however, it brings special circumstances. We want to ensure your safety along with Jayco’s safety. We don’t want anyone with burst pipes due to cold weather. You will have a special winter checklist in the guest book and depending on the weather situation, the van may be winterized. This could endure a special cost depending on if it is currently winterized.
