Sea Colony is a full service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. (Recreation fee of $58.00 per person per week-not optional) Saturday to Saturday Rental.

Missed the mark

Mold in bathtub, ants on floor, closet rod not attached, towel rack in bathroom Not attached, veeery slow draining sink in 2nd bathroom. We enjoyed the Oceanside view & being on 3rd floor we could use the stairwell ( Covid). Would not rent this unit again.

We apologize the property was not in better condition when you arrived and the negative experience. The property owners do take pride in their unit and are making plans to renovate both bathrooms during the off season. We hope you enjoyed your time with us in Bethany Beach and will come back soon.
