No Smoking in the house.


Pets: A Fee is required to bring pets, and we allow up to 2 pets out of courtesy for our guests. Please be courteous in return.
Pets must be supervised and let out consistently so there are no accidents in the house.

Dogs are NOT allowed on any of the couches or furniture.
We accommodate pet owners but be mindful of our home furniture.
ALL pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in a tied and closed plastic bag and left in the outdoor trash can. Please do your part.


Garbage Pick up:

1 Garbage Bin is on the front porch. Pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Place in front of Mailbox and Sanitation Company will pick up from 730am to 5pm.


Onsite Maintenance:

Lawn Guy cuts grass every week and will access backyard .

Pest Control Services also arrive each month.
If you have pets, fenced in back yard to roam free. Please curb your dog, There is a garbage out back for it.



Check out Rules:

Gather used Towels and linens in hampers.
Throw trash away and ensure all garbage has been picked up prior to your departure.
Dishes are cleaned and put away.
Your belongings from refrigerator are disposed of prior to your departure.
All lights are turned off and door and windows are locked.
