This 3rd floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Most Beautiful Stay

This was the best rental we have had in the Caribbean ever. The Beach is the cleanest and most inviting. The unit was perfect size for 2 couples and was extremely clean. Booking for next year at this very moment

Great first trip to Cayman!

This was our first trip to Cayman and we got lucky finding these condos! The booking agency was very responsive and flexible. Petra (contact during the stay) was very helpful and accommodating! The condo was clean and comfortable. The pools and deck area overlooking the beach are well kept and a perfect place to enjoy the sunset each day. The location of the condos was perfect! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a short drive to the market. I walked up and down the beach looking at other places, and decided Regal Beach had the best swimming area off the beach and was less crowded than other areas (even with the Marriott next door!). We will definitely be back!

Perfect condo. Nice and comfortable

This place is great. Beach is perfect. Next door to the Marriott which had kayak, jet ski etc rentals. Daily maid service was an added bonus. Condo is in close proximity to several very good restaurants. Just a short walk down the beach is Royal Palm which has a great outdoor bar and pool. Also feel free to walk up to Marriott next door if in need of a cocktail. Condo was well furnished and we couldn't ask for anything else. Would definitely stay here again

We have been to GC 6 other times and stayed in different places from Tamarind bay to the Ritz We would come straight back to Regal Beach. Super clean great spot on beach attentive property management actual view of Caribbean as you sit on balcony plenty of space in condo unit Thanks

Excellent Stay

My group of travelers really enjoyed staying at this condo. We travel to the Caymans about 2-3 times per year and this was our first stay at this property. It was really nicely located, within walking distance to many good restaurants, a grocery store and a liquor store. The condo was clean and as advertised in the pictures. The staff was very nice and accommodating and made the reservation process easy. Great customer service upon arrival as well. It is great having a beach without a ton of traffic and ample beach chairs/umberllas and tables. I would highly recommend this condo and will be returning to use it again soon.

Perfect

Everything from booking to allowing us a late departure was perfect. Petra and Dina who are the contacts at the condo are just wonderful. The condo is spotless. The bed was very comfy. The screened in deck had an awesome view. I'd recommend to anyone. Best beach with enough chairs. Thanks for having us!
