This 3rd floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (2 King beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful location. Would definitely stay at the Regal Beach Club again. Our only criticism is the bed in the master bedroom is very worn out and needs to be replaced. On a positive note, I let my five year old sleep in the king bed and he loved it while I took his single bed in the other room!

Great getaway from winter

We loved the pools - great for adults and kids. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great condo with beautiful views

My husband and I enjoyed our first solo vacation in 8 years at Regal Beach Club. We arrived thinking there might not be a beach out front but were pleasantly surprised. The view from this condo was beautiful and we loved watching the sunsets every night on the beach. We rented a car and toured quite a few beaches, none of which were as calm and quiet as the one right outside our doorstep. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We would absolutely stay there again.

A Perfect Week!

This location offers the best of everything! Having The Marriott next door was wonderful for breakfast crepes on the go and beverages in the afternoon. Very quiet and peaceful pool at Regal Beach Club and no mad rush for chairs. Our unit had a great view and we all enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and evening relaxation. A few suggestions: take the local bus for $2 CI to save money on cabs, go to Peppers across the street for Jerk Chicken, go early to Kaibo Beach to watch a sunset and have dinner with your feet in the sand (go there on Cayman water taxi from Camana Bay) and book the Red Sail snorkel tour to see the Kitiwake. I would definitely stay in this condo unit again.

Great location, easy to book

We have stayed at Regal Beach several times and always enjoy it. The condo has all the linens and beach towels you need and comes with enough items to get started. It is quiet and family friendly. We never have a hard time finding beach chairs, tables or umbrellas by the pool or beach. The manager was easy to work with and helped us coordinate a later in the day check out due to our very late flight departure. Only down side right now is that the beach has changed on the south end of Seven Mile and so the quality is still there, but it is shrinking significantly in front of Regal Beach and is non-existent at the Marriott next door. For the price, still a very nice beach vacation option—can’t go wrong on Seven Mile in Grand Cayman!

Great place to stay!

I agree with all the comments on this site. Great location - enjoy the amenities of the Marriott without the craziness of dealing with the small rooms and all the people. The Marriott had people four deep in chairs on the beach and the Regal Beach Club had a handful of people with a lot of empty chairs. Of course when we wanted a drink or coffee we just walked right next door. The location is great - near grocery stores and dive shops. We rented a car and once you get used to driving on the left side of the road getting around is pretty easy. The unit is very nice and is just as advertised. The management was great and made the stay enjoyable. Walking up and down the beach every night I never saw a place that looked better.

Great, relaxing beach vacation

We had a great week vacationing on the beach at this beautiful and well maintained property. We were very impressed with both the property and the unit. It easily accommodated a group of 4. The manager was very pleasant and professional. She helped coordinate our arrival, grocery delivery and suggested interesting local activities, restaurants etc. The property was exactly as advertised and we were not disappointed. The beach was beautiful and and we spent more time in the ocean swimming and snorkelling than we did in the pool. The unit had plenty of bath and beach towels. The in room safe was a welcome feature. We frequented several restaurants and shopped both locally and in Georgetown using cabs and the bus service. We have no hesitation in recommending this unit to our family and friends, as well as planning to return ourselves in the future.

location is excellent, the ground are very well kept and clean! Some nights people were very load after quite time, security can be better. Too many small children are screaming too early in the morning as well, not sure what you can do about that. thanks

Wonderful, Beautiful, Clean

We had a wonderful 10 day vacation. The Condo was all that Donna promised. Beautiful..clean..fantastic view from the patio. We made great use of the fully equipped kitchen along with the grill. We cooked several dinners. Went snorkeling right from the beach....everyday...The beds were very comfortable, and the washer and dryer came in handy. We absolutely love this place....and will book it again next year.. !!! This place is definitely a five star!! Not one complaint here! ,

Highly recommended. We've stayed at different units in this complex and they have all been excellent; this one is no exception - clean, great maintenance staff, lots of towels and kitchen supplies. A chaise lounge / recliner beach chair might be nice to provide to future guests on the screened-in balcony as it's a great view to enjoy, and there is plenty of room to put one next to the table/sitting chairs. Just an idea; other units have them. Overall, super unit.

Best romantic getaway

Me and my wife have come to spend our wedding anniversary in Caribbean and heard the Seven Mile Beach is the place to be. Regal Beach Club #134 was a great choice for our stay. We were met at our arrival by a friendly manager who gave us basic information about the property, close by restaurants and activities (even prior to our check in). The apartment is on the second floor with absolutely stunning ocean view. We loved sitting in the screened patio, having a drink and watching the sun setting in the ocean every night. Unforgettable! We travel a lot , but the beach was the best we have ever seen, we really enjoyed morning walks in the soft sand and swimming in crystal clear water. You can spot some colorful fish and stingray. The beach furniture was comfortable, umbrellas giving a nice shade during lunch time. The condo was very newly furnished (with 2 king beds) and we had pool and ocean views from both bedroom and living room. Kitchen had a granite counter top and new stainless steel appliances. Maid service was great, friendly housekeeper and the condo was cleaned well. We has a nice dining experience at Agua and Blue Cilantro (close by). We also can suggest a trip to Cayman Crystal Caves, it was a great experience, something hard to expect on such a little flat island. We for sure suggest this condo and will be back with our extended family next year.
