"Coeur D'Alene Inn Guest House" ! in the heart of downtown CoeurD'Alene main street and the beautiful beaches, marinas, and parks. Historic 1904 Government Way house, step back into time and enjoy. Four bedroom home, all "ensuites" with their own private bathrooms, fireplaces and televisions.
Great Room Pool Table, Piano, Game Table, Library.
All for you on our iconic Government Way downtown.

First Floor, (entry level) showcases the open Great Room with wood burning rock fireplace, Pool Table Game room wing, historic 1857 piano, and separate Library wing, and opens up into the Dining Room.
Chef's Executive Kitchen features open wood slab barstool counter for guests to watch your culinary skilled work on the gas burner stovetop, ovens, side by side refridgerator, coffee station, on expansive granite countertops.
Self contained Laundry Room with large washer and dryer.
Public Powder Room,
Side Patio access mud room,
The "Lake Room" Bedroom, features King Bed, private Bathroom, fireplace, television, spacoius closets and furnishings.
Stairway upstairs to second level three more bedrooms,
1/2 Stairs down to two car Garage and Storage.

Second Floor opens up into three private "ensuite" bedrooms,
"Kokanee Room" features antique wrought iron queen bed, fireplace, television, private bathroom with deep soaking tub, tile shower, granite sink vanity, and separate toilet room.
"Moose Room" features "Juliette Blacony", King Bed, fireplace, television, private bathroom with tile shower granite sink vanity.
"Elk Room" features "Juliette Balcony", King Bed, fireplace, television, private bathroom with tile shower granite sink vanity

All Bathrooms supplied with cotton towels,bar soaps and body wash, shampoo/conditioner, lotions and hair dryer.
Laundry room supplied with detergent and softener.
Library supplied with great selection of books as well as games and cards.

Outside features front covered porch with rocking chairs overlooking front lawns and gardens, opening up onto the exterior patio with Dining Table and BBQ all completely wrought iron fenced. South side patio for firewood storage and wrought iron fenced dog run.

Plenty of on site parking areas for up to four cars and then additional easy street parking if needed too.

Enjoy our town ! People friendly, kid friendly and dog friendly town. You’ll find plenty of places to eat, many stores to find that perfect gift for yourself or a friend. Lots of places to lounge outside in the sun or under a shade tree.
Plane rides, parasailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, biking, hiking, segway, volleyball, golfing, car shows, concerts in the park, festivals in the park, street faires. Ice cream venders, cocktail venders, food venders around the lake.
Enjoy walking along the world's longest floating boardwalk with easy access to the resort as well as the Boardwalk Marina which has cold drinks, ice cream and marine supplies.
Christmas time will show off beautiful and whimsical holiday decorations along the boardwalk, something you absolutely don't want to miss.
Cruise boats for a tour around the lake, or a dinner cruise, yoga cruise, music cruise. A few miles up the road is Silverwood Amusement park, filled with kids rides, waterslide and waterparks, restaurants and more for all ages to enjoy.

Winter months bring fun in the snow. Ski resorts, Schwitzer to the north, (53 miles) and Silver Mt,the east, (38 miles), Lookout Pass to the east, (62 miles), and Spokane Mountain, (46 miles).
Downtown in the park you’ll find a fun ice skating rink for all ages to enjoy, heaters outside by the picnic tables, hot chocolate being served to keep you toasty warm.
Coeur D’Alene cruises takes you on a Christmas trip to Santa’s house, where you can enjoy alcoholic or non alcoholic hot or cold beverages where Santa will call out your child's name on his list of good boys and girls.
