Relaxing, well-kept, 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath home just 4 blocks from the beach. Features off-street parking, recently remodeled bathrooms, modern kitchen, year-round sun room (with sofa bed), and more. Located in town, just 1 block off of Rehoboth Avenue and steps to everything!
Whether you're up for board games by the fireplace, a beverage on the back patio, or firing up the grill in the back, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.
If you are planning on doing a little work while you're visiting, you'll find plenty of room to pop open your laptop, a printer/scanner, and high speed wireless throughout the home.


Pets are not allowed, and bringing a pet will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. We may consider pets for long-term rentals; please contact us prior to making your reservation to discuss availability, pricing, and how to receive written permission.

I purchased this home because the beach, is by far, my most favorite place to be. I love Rehoboth during the summer and in the off season, and hope to share that experience with others as well.

With a long history in the hospitality industry - working for companies such as Marriott International & Hilton Hotels - I offer my guests a hospitable experience in their 'home away from home.'

For those that want an in-town, walk-to-the-attractions experience, this offers the perfect spot.

What makes this property unique

This is "owner-occupied," (when it's not being rented!) so unlike many "beach rentals" you'll find a well-stocked home that is comfortable to hang out in. The kitchen is fully stocked (standard stuff ... I'm not a gourmet by any means), linens are included, coffee and other AM necessities are there for you to enjoy.

My one ask is that you do treat the home as you would your own.... because I will be coming back to it and it's not "just a rental." ;-)
