This cozy refreshed ranch features 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a pullout sleeper sofa (Full sized bed) for your comfort. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The large fenced in back yard is a great place for 2 and 4 legged guests to enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

Guests will have access to a large living space, fully functioning kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Guests are also welcome to utilize the 1 car garage for parking and the fenced in backyard during their stay.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage into the green bin, Recycling in the blue bin. Bins are located alongside of the garage
Please start the dishwasher on "Normal" mode with all used dishware. (Pods are located under the kitchen sink)
- Please leave the beds that were used UNMADE. (no need to strip them). - Place all dirty towels on floor in hallway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests NEED to be checked out by NO LATER than 11 AM. Any guests not fully vacated by 11:00 AM will be charged a $100 fee.

Great location! Close to downtown Milwaukee and suburbs. Minutes away from State Fair park and the Milwaukee Brewers stadium. Parking available in driveway and garage. Very pet friendly with fenced in back yard and quiet, safe neighborhood for walking. House is cozy. It is a bit tight for 4 adults staying more than a day or two.

This little oasis is wonderful. Dog parents, this is your place! The backyard is fully fenced and large for some fun! The neighbors are very dog friendly too. The house is cozy, but, more than efficient for what we needed. The bathroom isn’t made for big booties, but, that’s not the owners fault. And I definitely made it work. Just a heads up for my fellow big bootied people Everything is stocked including the essentials like shampoo and body wash. If you need extra towels, bring them. Not a ton of living room seating, but, plenty of ways to make up for it. We had dinner for 7, and found all the ways to be able to eat together in the living room. Just be creative. Paper plates are a must if you have more than four. But, I think most expect that in a cozy VRBO. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cool. We brought blankets to cover the beds and furniture as the hosts request, so our dogs could enjoy the comfy places too. Bonus if you crate your dog, the king room has space for a large travel kennel! Bradley was so kind, answering all of my questions, and making sure we had what we needed. The location is great! Close to many delicious restaurants, grocery stores, the fairgrounds are two blocks over, and if you have appointments at Froedert like me, this is a 6 minute commute! Thank you, Bradley. We hope to be back! I’m sure Kori and Kaia agree!

Simple place good location

Good location. Only issue was there was lots of pet hair everywhere, I tried to use the vacuum provided but it was not picking anything up, luckily we had a friend that brought a vacuum over.

We had a wonderful week-long stay! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable throughout our visit. The shower always had plenty of hot water, which was much appreciated after long days of exploring.The backyard was perfect for our dog, and we really appreciated having that space. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe, making it a great place to relax in the evenings.Overall, this was a great home base for exploring the Milwaukee/Wisconsin area. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay.
