Darcy & Steve were great hosts. The cottage is exactly like it shows in the pictures. It is so cute and felt like home while I was there. I will be using this property again.

We loved our stay at the cottage and hope to return! The hot tub was fantastic, the cottage cute and comfortable, and the hosts do a lot to make guests feel welcome.

We needed to unwind from a very busy out of the country vacation and picked this creekside cottage to do so and are so glad we did. Our stay was relaxing and the pool was delightful. The cottage was lovely with a nice private deck to hangout on, have meals and play cards. The cottage was so well stocked and included welcome cookies, snacks, eggs and even English muffins. The hostess and host thought of everything and were friendly, genuinely nice people. We would book again there!

Our stay at the cottage was perfect. Darcy and Steve are wonderful people and such friendly hosts. There are so many aspects in which they obviously put a lot of thought / attention to detail to make a persons stay there comfortable , relaxing and welcoming. Really, any need a person might have, it was provided for... and then some. Loved the pool and hot tub, the outdoor space had really comfortable furniture, as did the inside. Very comfy bed. Well stocked kitchen including snacks, treats and breakfast fixins. Nice quiet neighborhood. And 2 sweet dogs to interact with ! Thanks Darcy and Steve! What a great time we had there! Del and Celine

This place is wonderful! The hosts were friendly and tried every way to make our stay a wonderful one. We had our family over for dinner and swimming in the pool every weekend. We didn't use the hot tub. There is a beautiful deck outside the cottage which is where we sat most nights. They provided breakfast food and delicious cinnamon raisin bread, cookies, drinks and much more. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back again.

Our stay here was delightful! Darcy and Steve were very attentive and gracious and provided lots of thoughtful details and amenities. (Local bakery Cookies!!!! YUM!!!)We enjoyed meeting their fur babies as well and giving them the provided treats when we happened to see them. (They were not intrusive and we only saw them on a couple of mornings)We also appreciated the carport parking space.Would recommend

Feels like vacation out of town yet I live in Chico. Love being able to have my dog with me. Couldn't ask for more and love all the thoughtful surprises she has each time I stay there. Gave 4 stars because VRBO website makes it difficult to communicate with the Host absolutely not Darcy's fault‼

The lovely cottage, amazing pool, covered deck, beautiful landscaping, cute dogs, and kind hosts combine to make for the perfect oasis in Chico. I'm grateful to have been able to stay there while moving my son into Chico State.

Wonderful stay in Chico

We were warmly greeted by our hosts Steve and Darcy. Lovely small cottage with nice amenities and access to hot tub and pool. Lovely yard and patio to rest and relax before and after our granddaughter's wedding We would highly recommend a stay.

Still the best lil Cottage

Been two years since we stayed, they had some small updates to furniture, and it did not complain. Hot tub always delightful, comforts of a small home and cozy. Perfect stay for my wife and I.
