Your Kentucky Derby dream comes true at this 3-bedroom 4-story house. Each bedroom features a queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. With an open kitchen full of all the cookware you could need, cooking a savory brunch or a KY HotBrown is easy and entertaining. Opening the Dutch door while you’re grilling steaks from the local butcher (Frank's Deli) nearby makes asking your friends how they want their meat cooked a breeze. The 3rd floor, lovingly called the tree house, offers an additional hangout space and includes a cozy day bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Beware, once you lay down on its cloud-like cushions you might never leave! Sit by a cozy fire in my private backyard in the Adirondack chairs as you share stories of your unforgettable day at Churchill Downs.
