Blending comfort with convenience, our home is perfectly located for outdoor enthusiasts. Wander scenic hiking trails, ski fresh powder on nearby slopes, or cast a line into the Bitterroot River just 2 miles away. After a day outdoors, relax on the patio with mountain views or head into downtown to enjoy local shops, coffee houses, and restaurants.

Inside, you’ll find modern comforts and space for up to six guests:

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of soiled towels and put all dirty linens in the hampers and place downstairs by the washer.
You can find the location of the dumpster in the guidebook.
Please return the key to the lock bock and return garage door opener to drawer on peninsula.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours: 9pm-6am
NO SMOKING: No smoking, marijuana use or vaping of any kind in the house or on the patio. A min. $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
CHILDREN/INFANTS: All bedrooms are upstairs so bring at your own risk. A baby gate is provided.

We had such a wonderful stay and are so grateful for the entire experience! From the very beginning, the booking process was incredibly easy and seamless. Aimee was a fantastic host—so communicative, kind, and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything stress-free.The property was easy to access upon arrival, and we immediately felt right at home. There was more than enough space for our group of four adults to relax comfortably without ever feeling crowded. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully prepared—it truly felt just like being at home.We especially appreciated having access to the garage during our cold winter stay. It made such a difference not having to deal with snow and freezing temperatures when coming and going.
