This beautifully decorated condo offers all the amenities of a resort all that you need to do is unpack and relax Ocean Point offers private access to the beach, three outdoor pools, tennis Court basketball court a Beach volleyball Court and two playgrounds for the children only 20 minutes from SJU 30 minutes to old San Juan and 20 minutes to the El Yunque rainforest! Our condominium is fully furnished to meet every need there is a 75 inch TV in the living room a 22 inch TV in one guestroom and 55 inch TV in the master bedroom. There is a private terrace that comes with a barbecue grill if you choose to enjoy the the fantastic outdoor Puerto Rican weather.

M wife and I have been coming into Puerto Rico for altogether almost 40 years! Obviously we both have fell in love with this island. Now we have purchased this condominium in hopes that we can share it with as many people as possible. Come enjoy where we live and take home a piece of paradise MJ.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is in a gated community surrounded by beautiful people and amazing amenities. Nowhere else in Puerto Rico can you feel like you’re on vacation 24 seven More than here.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique! First of all because it is called the Casa Coqui! This little guy is the face of Puerto Rico and at night time sitting on our back deck. You can hear them singing all night long. Our condominium, as you will see is filled with items from our travels. My wife and I have traveled the world and brought home several reminders of the places that we have been still to this day. We call Puerto Rico home.
