WELCOME to the gentle side of FLORIDA with miles of white sand powdered beaches. ANNA MARIA ISLAND is a beautiful barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico off the West coast of Florida stretching seven miles between Tampa Bay south to Longboat Key. There is truly nothing better than gulf front living, and that is just what you will experience at this gorgeous coastal chic inspired home, completely renovated in 2019. Located directly on the beach, with a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico, you can enjoy the sunset every evening right from the comfort of your favorite lounge chair.


KITCHEN

Our top of the line kitchen boasts granite counter tops, built-in oven and microwave, induction cooking top, french door fridge and much more. Here you will find everything you need for your island inspired culinary creations. A laundry room is available as well with a washing machine dryer and ironing board.


BEDROOMS

La Casa Costiera can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with dual sink, a shower that has two shower heads and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and TV. Another half bath is located just down the hallway.


EXTERIOR

The gardens and grounds have been thoughtfully designed leading to a large pool with jacuzzi hot-tub and gazebo area. With the sounds of crashing waves right outside from the nearby beach, the large pool area is another great way to relax. A nice picnic and BBQ area are available, as well as a gas and charcoal grill.

There is much to SEE and to DO around Anna Maria Island:

- Bring or rent a bicycle or kayak to explore the island or one of the nature preserves around
- Enjoy a round of golf on nearby courses
- Visit the Ringling Museum, see a play at the Van Wezel or stop by Mote Marine Aquarium
- Tour the island with the free trolley bus, which runs approx. every 20 minutes
- Learn more about the sea life of dolphins, manatees and shorebirds - you can often spot them right from the balcony
- Discover great restaurants and local eateries, from fine dining to local dives
- Take a day trip to Disney World in Orlando
