Open and comfortable with a fully appointed kitchen (including cutlery, cookware, dinnerware, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, full size stove and refrigerator/freezer), Cable TV (2), wireless internet, CD player, DVD player, ceiling fans (indoors & out), a screened front porch, covered back porch, roof deck, washer/dryer and gas grill. Recently painted and updated indoors and out, it has all you need for a great vacation at the beach. Departure housekeeping is included for weekly rentals. Bring your flip flops, beach chairs, linens, towels, paper products, cleaning products, and staple items - the Shell House is waiting for you!

Sand on kitchen counters as well as floors. Bathrooms were surface clean. Blonde hair in the tub. Soap dish had stains from previous tenants. Vents are filthy and so we're tha lamp shades. We made the best of it but the owner truly needs to put money back into his property instead of pocketing it.

Good location, house was a little dated. We first walked in standing water in floor in kitchen and dining room took towels dried it up all ok after that.I don't think we would stay there again maybe ok for some

The property is a very easy walk to the beach and an easy walk to watch the sunset. We did not go to the roof of the property to see the beach view because the stairs and railing do not seem to be sturdy. The bath with just the shower needs a new shower head. When the water was turned on the shower head fell off and hit one of us on the side of the head leaving a bruise. I did not contact the owner so, he did not have a chance to reply. The owner did reply quickly when I had other questions. This is our second stay here and we enjoy the area. The kitchen is well stocked and has what you need for an easy stay. The air conditioning was adequate. We were comfortable. We hope to return next year. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available, but we took our own. Enjoyable stay and close to the beach!
