Uforglemmelig!!!

Et fantastisk sted hvor ingenting manglet. En perfekt plassering med 3 min til stranda og 10 min til hovedgaten. Men det som virkelig var det beste, var den store terrassen. Sol fra kl 7.30 om morgenen til solnedgang i 8 tida. Kan det bli bedre?? Vi kommer garantert igjen.

Great stay at lovely appartment with amazing terrace near by the sea. Hosts Lourdes and Lucia were very helpful so we had a great holiday. The appartment is very well equiped and the swimming pool is quiet and very nice.

El apartamento es grande, cómodo, bonito y tiene de todo, pero algunas cosas están rotas. Lo peor es el ruido constante de coches y personas que pasan por la calle de noche. También había humos y olores de cocina de bares y del camping de enfrente. Teníamos que dormir con las ventanas cerradas. Menos mal que hay aire acondicionado. Una lastima no haber podido disfrutar apenas de la amplisima terraza.

Me resulta increíble,que ésta persona califique el apartamento y la zona como ruidosa.Todo lo contrario,es una zona que tiene cafeterías y restaurantes animados,pero muy tranquila. Pasan coches, porque está en muy buena zona, primera línea de playa.No se trata de un apartamento aislado en el monte.Pienso que se trata de un problema personal ,y lo siento.

Apartment in Albir

The apartment was ideal for me, my husband and son, large apartment and balcony, unfortunately we was there a day and the Spanish government went on lockdown due to Covid19 virus, so we was confined to the apartment, thankfully it was large enough for us to walk around the large balcony. The cooking facilities was ideal has we had to cook here for the duration of our stay, has bars and restaurant's had closed, special little touches like leaving milk, teabags, coffee has we had a late flight arriving at apartment around 11.30pm. Some of the patio windows did not lock, and the dinning room table was a bit tired. Overall thou there is a good view of the sea and surrounding areas in a nice location. Lourdes the owner is helpful as is Lucia who meets you at the apartment to book in. We are hoping to book again later in the year once it is safe to do so.

Fijn appartement met een groot balkon.

Wij waren er van 13-10 tot 20-10-2019. 3 volwassenen en 2 meiden ( 5 en 6 jaar). Het appartement zag er netjes en schoon uit. De keuken is goed en volledig ingericht. Het terras / balkon is erg groot en er staan verschillende zitjes. De kinderen hebben daar fijn kunnen spelen. De 3 slaapkamers waren oké, de bedden sliepen goed en met 2 badkamers met beide een toilet was erg fijn. Er is een fijn zwembad aanwezig. Het enige minpuntje dat ik zou kunnen noemen is dat ze geen Nederlandse zenders op de televisie hadden. 's avonds koelde het af en dan kon je alleen maar Spaanse en Duitse zenders kijken. Omdat de Wifi goed was konden wij dan voor de kids opvangen met youtube en de Ziggo app. De ligging is goed, een kleine supermarkt is vlakbij en deze verkoopt ook brood van de Nederlandse bakker. Iets verder liggen de grote supermarkten o.a. de Lidl. Het strand ligt heel dichtbij op +/-2 minuten lopen. Eet en drink gelegenheden zijn er meer dan genoeg.

Spacious apartment with lovely terrace. Nice garden with pool and close to wonderful beach. By car there are many excursions to do. Happy with the stay for our family with three kids (13, 17 & 20 years)!

After spending 5 weeks in Albir I can only confirm that its a lovely place and the apartment we stayed in was excellent and the location was perfect the only downside was the Easter storms. Nice restaurants and bars the Patagonia, Cafe Los Angeles, Brew Rock. to mention a few. Great stay

Schitterend terras!

Hét grote pluspunt van dit appartement is het enorme terras (alleen van 11.00 tot 12.00 uur geen rechtstreekse zon): nog nooit zo'n groot terras gehad. Er is een aardig (gemeenschappelijk) zwembad, het mooie strand van Albir ligt aan de achterkant van het appartementenblok en de (huur)auto kan lekker makkelijk in de parkeergarage onder het blok geparkeerd worden. Pluspunt is ook een aantal prima restaurants, een supermarktje en diverse winkeltjes, alsmede een fietsverhuurbedrijf, op struikelafstand. Albir is overigens überhaupt een prettige plaats. De slaapkamers van het appartement zijn weliswaar aan de kleine kant, terwijl de woonkamer en de keuken (voor 6 personen) ook niet ruim bemeten zijn. Maar dat wordt in grote lijnen - zeker op zonnige dagen - ruimschoots gecompenseerd door het gigantische terras. Een uitgesproken nadeel is echter de gehorigheid van het pand (overal enkel glas). In de avond en nachtelijke uren is het verkeerslawaai duidelijk en hinderlijk hoorbaar, om nog maar te zwijgen over het frequente lawaaiige legen van de glas- en vuilnisbakken aan de overkant van de straat. Afgezien van dat laatste lastige punt, al met al in dit appartement drie fijne weken doorgebracht.

Prachtig appartement

Heel mooi appartement op een leuke plaats.Verzorgd appartement met 3 slks en 2 badk. 1 slk met dubbelbed en 2 met 2 enkele bedden.Genoeg kastruimte goeie matrassen en goeie airco. Alles heel proper. 1 badk met bubbelbad en douchekop en 1 met douche. Goed uitgeruste keuken met afwas en wasmachine. Gedeelde tuin met zwembad. Heel groot mooi terras met buitendouche met zowel ochtend als avondzon. In de dichte omgeving veel restaurants en cafeetjes. Op ongeveer 5 minuutjes te voet van het strand. Op die plaats in Albir wel keienstrand. Als je zand wenst dan moet je een eindje verder.Goeie opvang via Lucia die steeds bereikbaar is en je helpt als je vragen hebt. Goeie internetverbinding,TV en DVD speler. Enige minpuntje zijn de gebrekkige terrasmeubels. De houten zitmeubels zijn in prima staat en heel gezellig. Ook de eetplaats onder het terras is heel aangenaam om 's ochtends te ontbijten en 's avonds te dineren. Maar als je wat wil zonnen dan heb je buiten wat defecte en beschadigde plastiek zetels zonder kussens niets meer. Ik denk dat ze aan vervanging toe zijn. Tijdens ons verblijf begaf ook de parasol en een ligzetel, gewoon erdoor gezakt. Was al eens hersteld geweest. Buiten die kleine tekortkoming is het een heel aangename verblijfplaats voor een aangename prijs. We komen zeker terug. Bedankt Lourdes en Lucia.

Un grand merci à Lourdes. Nous avons trouvé tout ce que nous recherchions : un appartement parfaitement situé en première ligne, très propre, spacieux et agréable. La gigantesque terrasse ensoleillée est parfaite pour les bains de soleil et les soirées conviviales. La piscine de la résidence est très peu fréquentée, ce qui nous a permis de bien en profiter avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Nous pensons déjà à revenir l'été prochain.

Perfekt leilighet med flott terrasse rett ved stranden.

Leiligheten fremsto som bedre enn hva bildene viser. Rent og ryddig da vi overtok. Gode senger. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Vaskemaskin. Boligen var inngjerdet og hadde låst port og låst ytterdør hele døgnet. Stilt og rolig boligfelt med flere restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. 3 minutter til stranden. Herlig møblert terrasse. Husverten var lett å kommunisere med i forkant av oppholdet. Svarte raskt på henvendelser fra meg. Denne leiligheten anbefales virkelig!

Ruim appartement met zeer groot balkon

Ruim en compleet appartement met een zeer groot balkon. Het was helemaal compleet met alles er op een aan. Ook wifi en TV werkte perfect. Via de satelliet ook BVN te ontvangen. Enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig was. Zowel geluiden van de straat als van de buren. Wij hebben er ruim 3 weken gezeten en er een fijn en comfortabel verblijf gehad.

Très bien mais!!!

Très bel appartement mais vraiment pas propre! Manque de suivi de la part du propriétaire. Le propriétaire n'accepte pas les remarques uniquement les paiements!!! Dommage beaucoup de potentiel!

Esta persona quiso repetir su estancia este año a pesar de que cuando estuvo se quejo por diversas cuestiones y pretendía que le devolviera dinero ,pero seguir disfrutando del apartamento. Le dije que si quería que le devolviera algo que se marchará y nada, allí se quedó. Este año me volvió a solicitar el apartamento ,pero le recordé que no le había gustado.Que buscara otro en el que estuviera más a gusto. A continuación puso este comentario.

Un recuerdo maravilloso

Tengo un recuerdo maravilloso de mi estancia con mi familia el año pasado. El paseo marítimo y la excursión al faro muy recomendadas, una vuelta/cena por Altea pueblo y sobretodo una cena en la terraza del apartamento es un auténtico lujo. La zona es muy tranquila. Os dejo unas fotos de mi semana allí.
