Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. Sandpiper also offers boat docking abilities for an additional fee, subject to availability.

From booking online to check in, everything was a breeze. Great customer service. Security waved hello every time I came in. Super clean studio Bed was ridiculously comfortable Had everything I needed for my stay. Will be staying there in the future

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice quaint unit. Only issue is the balcony seems extremely fragile and like the railing is about to give.

Nice Place but could be better

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean but had a musty smell in the kitchen. The corner kitchen cabinet is falling apart, and the screen door on the back porch does not work on the track. They said someone would look at it but no one ever showed up.Heads up to the next guest: Paper towels and other kitchen items not in the unit. It's BYO kitchen stuff. A good non-stick omelet size pan would be a plus. The stainless one they have was a BEAR to clean.The unit was not ready on time for check in and after a couple of trips to the office and back, I finally got the right codes. Just be patient I suppose.
