This house was perfect for our 3-generation family group of 6! We loved the den/game room and all the board games, enjoyed the hot tub and cooked all our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We all loved the coffee bar and the Christmas tree was a festive touch. Dorothy was a great hostess and even provided wrapping paper for last-minute gift wrapping. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at the Black Cay House couldn’t have been any better. Dorothy went above the norm with snacks, candy, the coffee bar, and even a Christmas tree. The attention to detail was evident. She was also very responsive. We will stay here again.

This house did not feel like a rental, it felt like a home. Kitchen well stocked and organized, house very clean and we appreciated the attention to detail. The backyard is so fun -open space, yard games. Dorothy always responded promptly and was very accommodating to our family’s schedule. Highly recommend!

The yard was perfect for our dog as it was completely fenced in and the perfect size and nothing dangerous for her to get into. The house had everything we needed and we like the split level design!Dorothy was an amazing host,very communicative!

This house was perfect for my family!!! We went for my grand son's college graduation in Newport. Easy check in , rooms were clean, my grand daughter enjoyed all the Barbie toys, everything you need is available, great communication with owner. Most of all the house is close to my daughter's house. We did not have the pleasure of using the hot tub just did not have enough time . Overall, perfect for my family

Great Home in Midlothian

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Not only did the pictures match what's online, the host also provided lots of little touches to ensure we have a comfortable stay. It's great for adults/children. There is everything you need for a long or short stay. 10 out of 10!

We had a great time! This place has so many amazing quantities from the toys to the hot tub to the pet friendliness of the hosts. If we traveled this way again we would definitely stay again!!
