The View was amazing. You had your own private doc to access the water. The water was clear still clear. The house was clean and comfortable with air conditioning which is hugely important to us. The only thing I would have changed is having a large trash can available for putting full size trash items in. There was no place on property for us to dispose of pizza boxes and other larger items. Oh, and the pickleball court was a nice touch. If you and the people with you want to spend most of your time at the bars then be aware that this property is about 15 minutes from the main part of town. We were looking for a mix of things to do so we would travel in for dinner in the evening and stay for some of the nightlife, but wanted to escape to our own Oasis during the day. The property is very close to Puenta sur where the iguanas like to sunbathe. Overall a great place and I would recommend it
