This property was perfect for our family. My parents enjoyed the easy to access 1 level and the kids loved the gorgeous manicured fenced in lawn. Property was exceptionally clean snd updated. We lovee our stay here

THE ELISE is a rustic wood-frame house that exudes charm and history. Recently refreshed interior is appealing and crisp. From the well equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, this property met every expectation we had. Communication with the property owners was excellent and timely. I would definitely stay at this property again.

A lovely April visit

My Mom, (91) and my sister and I try to take a road trip every spring.We plan it to enjoy time together with my sister, as she lives in Spokane but our Mom lives next to me in Dripping Springs.The Elsie was PERFECT for all of us....even our walker-bound Mom could get up and down the few steps, with our help. Breaux Bridge was close to our plantation visits in St Francisville and our antique trip to Washington!THANK YOU Jennifer!

The hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and great communicators.The house was gorgeous, spotless, and invitingly arranged.After a last-minute cancellation (by other hosts via a different rental site), my far-flung family was grateful that this beautiful, affordable, and well-located house was available for our stay during our long-planned trip to Cajun Country.The kitchen was easy to use and navigate. The dining room easily accommodated our large party. There were plenty of plush couches and chairs for reading, napping, and relaxing. Everyone loved the incredibly comfy mattresses. The yard and outdoor spaces were a nice bonus. My father, a retired contractor and master carpenter, wanted to move it to his city!We had a wonderful experience in Breaux Bridge and nearby Lafayette, and we highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. In fact, my family is talking about arranging a second visit to the area with dreams of another stay at this lovely house.

The Elsie was the perfect home for a girls weekend with old friends. Comfortable sitting areas inside and outside. Very well stocked with everything we needed and very clean.
