Great location

The studio apartment was great for our family to stay on a short trip to bring our daughter for orientation at UT. It was SUPER convenient to UT and downtown and many stores, coffee shops, etc were close by. We even walked to a coffee shop around the corner. There was coffee provided, however we arent big fans of flavored kcups and the only original was decaf and we definitely needed the leaded version!! It was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay!
