Great Location!

Overall, very pleased with this stay. Great location for us as we were visiting family and really just needed a place to stay. We were only a block away. Great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and there is a grocery store right around the corner. No kitchen and only a toaster and small fridge, but we did not need that. Host was very good at communicating details. The only minor downgrade for us was that it is a basement apartment, with occupants above. There was a lot of noisy walking around until about 11 pm each night so it made it a little bit difficult to get to sleep early. Very clean, though, and nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment.Parking is very sparse in the neighborhood so we just parked in a garage about 3-1/2 blocks away for the weekend and took public transportation everywhere. We would stay here again!
