This is a studio designed for people who know what they actually need — a great bed, a real shower, a functional kitchenette, fast wifi, and a remarkable park at the door. No wasted square footage, no generic coastal decor, no compromise on the details that matter.

The private entrance and smartlock mean complete independence. Your schedule is your own — early surf checks, late returns from Mayport, middle-of-the-night arrivals. Two dedicated tandem parking spaces accommodate your vehicle and gear without negotiation.

For military personnel, Mayport Naval Station is two miles and NAS Jacksonville is eight miles. The Seahorse has become a quiet favorite for TDY stays and family visits precisely because it combines affordability, privacy, and flexibility in a way that larger properties rarely manage.

Pets are warmly welcome with prior approval. A nightly pet fee of $5 per pet applies and is billed separately from your booking platform quote. Please request approval before booking.

Your studio arrives stocked with starter essentials including coffee, creamer, sugar, dish soap, hand soap, and paper goods. Stays beyond a long weekend should plan to replenish supplies. Climate is controlled within reasonable ranges — cooling no lower than 70 degrees and heating no higher than 74 degrees. Check-in after 3pm, checkout by 10am, maximum three guests.
