Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hr guard gated community with a championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, complete fitness center, pro tennis and golf shops that are located at the beautiful clubhouse. There are 25 pools in the complex.
Condo has new ceramic tile in the living room, master bathroom, laundry room, in front of the fireplace, kitchen and the dining room, with shutters in the living room, master bedroom, and quest bedroom. The owner has upgraded the kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops and new backsplash. The condo features soaring ceilings with 5 ceiling fans, a large living room with gas fireplace and wet bar leading to an inviting dining room that can seat 8 people. This unit has a separate newly painted laundry room with full size washer & dryer, and storage for household items. Private patio accessible from the master bedroom or the living room overlooking the pool and spa with beautiful landscaping, palm trees, and the mountains. Patio has furniture that seats four with a gas grill with all the cooking utensils below the grill.
