Great property for our visit to Nashville. It was about 20 min uber ride to Broadway and about 20 mins from the airport (depending on traffic) We loved the convenience of this gated townhome! Many restaurant options in the area as well!

The neighborhood has some sketchy elements, but these apartments is in a very nice gated area. So the apartment itself is very nice.There was another family staying in a rental unit near us on the compound, and they had their car broken into on the first night. That made us a bit paranoid. But nothing happened to our property. Our host has a ring camera. So that might deter vandals.The apartment is very nice and well-laid out. Be prepared to do up to three flights of stairs. We had an issue with the lock when we first arrived. But that was the only issue for our whole 6 days.Overall, it is a very nice place.

We came down for a lacrosse tournament and we were beyond happy with our selection in places to stay. The accommodations were perfect for us. The house was well kept and the set up was perfect for our two families. We were able to get to the fields quickly and were able to get into lower broadway quickly as well. Highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Nashville for a visit. Additionally, the owners were very prompt in any communications I reached out with. Thank you!!!

We had a lovely visit at this property. It was clean, safe, and in a great location for restaurants and concerts in Nashville. We had a small hiccup with the AC, and the owner was right on it. I highly recommend this property!
