This was a very clean and roomy condo. Easy check in and check out. We used this as a midpoint for a cruise in Miami and it was perfect. Thank yall again for letting us use your home and we will definitely be in touch again when we do another cruise out of Miami.

We were 2 couples in Melbourne for a family reunion over the weekend of the 4th. While we didn’t spend a lot of time there, we would have been very comfortable spending more time. At the end of our busy days it was treat to return to the condo for relaxation. Beds were comfortable and the condo is clean and well cared for. I highly recommend this property. Hosts were very communicative and checked on us the first morning of our stay. Would stay there again.

Very nice 2 bed 2 bath Condo, the host was extremely helpful & communication was quick & easy.The unit was clean but to be honest does need updating, particularly kitchen & appliances that said the washer & drier were new & worked perfectly as did the air con.The window blinds didn’t work properly though & a curtain pole in the second bedroom was just hanging on by a thread !This was more apparent when we visited new friends in other units which were updated very well.That said overall we had a great stay, the whole complex is very nice & the communal pool is superb plus you’re basically a block from the beach !The maintenance staff work hard & the properties & grounds are kept looking very nice.Plenty of local places to eat too.We will definitely stay again.

Great property. Friendly support staff. Quiet and peaceful. Pool hours were odd for adults. And the monitoring with camera was a little big brother-ish. Still, would highly recommend.

Nice place

We had a nice stay at the condo. Perfect for the three of us. Plenty to cook with and the washer dryer was a plus as we were traveling for quite a few days on the road.Location was excellent for us to enjoy different beaches and the pond view of different birds and turtles was fun.The host was excellent in communication and checking up with us.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we needed for this trip. We were there for a wedding on Satellite Beach. The grounds were very nice neat clean. We didn't use the pool but the pool area looked great. Close to several restaurants and walmart. This was a plus. We had a couple things we needed to mention about the unit. When we arrived the unit had a strong smell. We couldn't at first figure it out. We looked around and found the odor was coming for the guest bedroom closet. This closet not only accommodated your clothes ect but also had beach gear, chairs, towels ect.. We were not going to go through this stuff so we shut the door and stuffed one of the beach towels under the door. We didn't call the host but I did try and send them a message about it. The smell left so we continued with our very hectic wedding schedule. I also told them 4 towels is not enough for 4 adults, so we did wash towels a couple of times. The washer and dryer are very nice. The front door was hard to open. May need a little adjustment. The bedrooms were good size but the mattresses do need changing. The air conditioning did a great job. 70 would have you covering up with a blanket and it was an unseasonably warm long weekend. Overall the unit was nice.
