Due - East Beach Cottage near popular Flagler St, beaches, surfing & fun.

This house was part of the original beachside settlement in New Smyrna called "Coronado Beach" and was built in 1911.
It has been remodeled and decorated by a local builder and designer. This 2 bedroom, one bath Is the perfect space. We have several sitting areas to relax, read your favorite book or just catch the ocean breeze. A sunroom out front ,. An open back porch with a grill or a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and an outside hot and cold shower. The kitchen is completely stocked with a large farm sink and new
The location is perfect! Walk out your front door and look to your left you will see the Halifax river with a public fishing dock. Look to the right and there is the Atlantic Ocean one block away with a public walking ramp. Just to the right of the ramp is a public park!
Only 2 blocks to the South is Flagler Ave. where ALL the action is beachside. You will have shops, boutique, restaurants, coffeehouses, taverns, and several spas.
Quaint New Smyrna has everything to offer. Shops and cafes, festivals and events going on just about ever weekend.
Remember also all of Orlandos'many attractions are just a short drive away along with Mt. Dora(antiques) to the west and historical St Augustine to the north.

Charming Cottage

This charming cottage was close to beach and Flagler rd. We immediately knew this house was special. Room for my husband and I and our little dog, Frankie. We love NSB and this cottage makes it even more special!

Comfortable and convenient

We barely drove our car. Lazy beach days two blocks away and restaurants and shopping four blocks. Beds are comfortable, nice dishes, pots and pans, towels, sharp knives, and a great backyard with covered porch. Neighbors are very friendly, too. Everything was just right. Coming back next year!!

Charming cottage

Charming cottage…great location…nicely decorated…pet friendly with great backyard. I would give this cottage a five star rating if the cottage supplied beach chairs for this beach community, basic tv for daily news, comfortable deck furniture and outside entry lighting for safety and keypad visibility. If these features were added, it would earn a five star rating.

Amazing place

We rented this place for 30 days , it was amazing . Clean , comfortable and perfect location . 1 block from the inner coastal , 2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from Flagger Ave where all the bars and restaurants are . The owner Susan was great sent me texts with all the sights and restaurants to visit… didn’t want to leave , we will be back next year!!!

Perfect Beach Location

My wife and I have stayed in New Smyrna Beach five times for our Winter get-a-way over the years and The Driggers Beach House was the best! The location was a short 8 minute walk to the beach and Flagler Ave. so we didn’t need to load up and get into the car everyday! The House was very clean and quiet and everything we needed was there! If we had a question Susan responded quickly to our concerns! It was a fun and restful month!!
