Welcome to Pier View Luxe Retreat, a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach condo in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, designed with families and small groups in mind. Located on the desirable north end of Carolina Beach, our newly built retreat offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Just steps from the beach and overlooking the iconic Carolina Beach Pier, you’ll enjoy easy access to fishing, live music, waterfront dining, and unforgettable ocean views. Beach access is only a short walk from the community pool, making it easy to spend your days relaxing by the ocean or enjoying the resort-style amenities.

Completed in 2025, Pier View Luxe Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children). The spacious floor plan, thoughtfully selected furnishings, and bright coastal décor create the perfect setting for family vacations, weekend getaways, and memorable beach trips. Every bedroom features a 55-inch Smart TV, giving everyone their own comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring Carolina Beach.

The community pool and hot tub are professionally maintained by the HOA and are typically open seasonally from spring through late fall. They are generally closed during December, January, February, and March.

Beach trip

Loved how close the beach access was. The pool was beautiful and clean. They had a grill available to use too. Can not beat the location! We will be coming back!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless when we checked in. The ocean and pool views are also wonderful. Loved the huge walk-in shower and large tv’s in all rooms. The hosts Sean and Lisa are very responsive and kindly answered all of our questions. The check-in and out process is very easy as well. One of the best features is the parking spot is directly next to the elevator lol. We would definitely love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The condo is ocean-view and is very close to the beach, the pier and right near a bar and restaurant (few hundred feet). Great for when we did not feel like venturing out. Second, the building is clean and new. The parking was easy, our two spots were very close to the elevator and stairs, making it very accessible - seamless for coming and going. The pool is great and has a view of the ocean. Finally, the apartment itself was terrific. Clean, cozy, well-decorated and well stocked with amenities. The three bedrooms were more than we needed but appreciated the space and the ocean view from the master. Enjoyed the view from the balcony and well-stocked coffee bar. Full kitchen as well. I would stay here again!

The Good. The location.The Bad. Condo not equipped for 8 people and a four day stay. I felt shorted in toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap.The Ugly. Spa light loose from socket, ceiling fan didn’t work in the bunk bedroom and the refrigerator filter needed replacing.

Hi Nadine, Thanks for your feedback — we’re glad you loved the location! We do want to clarify that the home is stocked with lots of extras for convenience: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish soap, laundry supplies, coffee (ground Keurig pods), creamer, sugar, hot chocolate, popcorn — plus starter TP and paper towels for each bathroom and the kitchen. *That full list is now in the listing to avoid any surprises.* As for the ceiling fan — we wish you'd let us know during your stay! We would've happily stopped by to fix the fan, and we did alert the HOA about the spa light right away, though repair times are out of our control. Fridge filter has also been swapped out. We always want guests to feel taken care of — We will do anything we can in our control.

The property was beautiful and as advertised. The convenience of the parking next to the elevator was very helpful. We enjoyed the furnishings and comfortable outdoor furniture. The view was great and the pool area was very nice. The only issue was that the elevator broke down the night before we left which made carrying all of our luggage and items downstairs very difficult (I booked this unit specifically for the elevator). But overall this is a great unit and we enjoyed our stay!
