Modern, clean, and just a few blocks from broadway. The beds were comfy and rooms quiet, but if you need to sleep in the bunks beware of noise from stairwell. I’m right outside the foot of the bunkbeds. You can hear others coming home from their night out. Would stay here again. Excellent communication with the host.
This unit has the best location... everything is within walking distance (Broadway, Assembly Food Hall, etc). They have a book with restaurant and tourist recommendations which was helpful. The open concept loft feel with exposed brick walls, two story great room, and floor to ceiling windows give a great vibe. Check-in / out instructions were easy to follow and communication with ownership was fast. I would highly recommend this place!
This is an ideal property for convenience of walking to Broadway. Comfortable and safe. The only complaint I would have is the noise between units. There were times it sounded like someone was walking in our unit and it was hallway or other units.
We absolutely loved this space! We were in town for a concert at the Ryman and it was quite literally a five minute walk away. Clean, feels luxury, great host, great communication. The only thing I would mention is that you can hear the other people in the building quite a bit, mainly when they are going up the stairs or in the hallway. Probably best to bring earplugs! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This place was amazing. The nook with the two twin beds was perfect for the two young adult children. Clean, well furnished. Good coffee :) Great location!
They use the 'happyguest' app for registering, which looked a little suspicious at first (not a great rating on scam sites, but only because it seems not to be used much). I phoned Expedia/Vrbo and they assured me that it was legit.
We had a great time staying here in Nashville. Definitely recommend
