Fishermen enjoy surfcasting for stripers and bluefish. The main entrance to Nauset Beach has ample parking, as well as food trucks, restrooms and showers.

Priscilla's Landing, which is located on a cove within the Nauset Harbor estuary, offers calm waters for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding. You can walk along the shoreline from Priscilla's Landing past the Nauset Heights Association's stair access to another quiet beach area for swimming and paddling, and from there to the north end of the main Nauset Beach area and its larger ocean waves. Great location but the house is really neglected

We chose the house for its location, and we were thrilled with that aspect of our rental. The house itself unfortunately has been neglected for years and is in need of significant updating. The kitchen is particularly out of date, and the bathrooms are barely sufficient. We are not prickly people and we didn’t complain during our stay, but I would not recommend this house to anyone who is looking for any creature comforts. It feels more like a cramped frat house.

Perfect location

The house was a quintessential cape house. Not super updated which is what makes it so perfect. It has the perfect comforts of dishwasher, laundry, air conditioners but not modernized to lose the old cape house feel. And the location was great, walking access to Nauset.

Great location, subpar house

After renting in East Orleans/Nauset Heights for 27 years, we have seen a lot of different houses. While the location is fabulous, the house itself is much less so. The beds are horrible. The largest one is a double bed with an awful mattress. And we had to buy our own pillows. We found trash bags in the garage with the pillows in them. I was not going to use those! The management company was great and offered to reimburse us. They also provided a handyman to handle several other issues. The kitchen was not well stocked. Lots and lots of random dishes but no cookie sheets or lids for pots. We could not find tools for the grill so we did not use it. They did recently add another ac unit, but it was installed incorrectly, but the handyman took care of it. Also, very sadly there was no outdoor shower, one of our favorite things about the Cape. We wanted to love this house, but we did not.

A prime spot

A classic Cape cottage in a fantastic location. The house was clean and comfy, and we loved practically everything about this property. Especially the ocean view and the easy access to the beach, just a short walk down a private lane. A special spot.
