Why they chose this property

I like this neighborhood because people are very friendly. It’s a nice community with lots of trees and easy access to more than one swimming pool.It’s easy to get to shopping downtown Sarasota but it’s out of the fray so to speak. Close to the UTC mall and the new Mote aquarium there will be opening. Close to the Ringling grounds and museum.

What makes this property unique

This condo is very clean. Very new appliances. Decorating is very nice and the views out on the screen balcony are wonderful.
