Overall the property was okay-good. The proximity and ease to get to the beach was excellent. The place was spacious and the two balconies were nice. The pool was not crowded and nice to use. The upstairs “bedroom” is a loft, no door, stairs straight up to it and 5-10 degrees warmer than the downstairs. The closet up there was so hot we kept it shut the whole time and didn’t use it. The beds were clean and overall good. The cleanliness of the room was mostly good. The maintenance of the property itself needs some TLC. The furnace filter, which was exposed so you could see it, was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The hallway bathroom sink slowly leaked from the handle leaving a pool of water on the counter. Lastly, the dryer, while functioning itself did not dry anything. The exhaust vent was crushed because it was pushed back so far to fit behind the closet doors. We did reach out explaining this but had delayed responses and then no response from the landlord which was disappointing. It is also a fire hazard to use it like that. If it was not for those few things, I would gladly give the property a good to great rating.

This room overlooked the pool - which was awesome. The beach was just across the street and we had an excellent stay. There was a park for the kids just up the street and we loved walking the promenade and checking out the exercise stations. Nice and central location.

The property was roomy, conveniently located, and even better than described. The condo complex was quiet and very well-maintained. The rental staff were very responsive, checked in online to make sure everything was fine with the unit. Our visit was an annual reunion of old friends, and we've connected in Myrtle Beach for several years. This was the best unit we've rented, and we all hope to use this as our reunion condo many more years to come.

Wonderful place for family

This was a great place to stay with in walking distance of the beach and close driving distance to everything. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate my two adult children, my teen, and my husband and myself comfortably. It was a great home away from home with nice helpful neighbors!

We had a great week in this beautiful and well appointed unit. The beach is literally steps away. The property is well taken care of, inside and outside. The pool is amazing and very well maintained.
