This third-floor condo is located in Madeira Beach, close to John`s Pass Village. There is a view from the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico in the distance! You can walk to everything from this one-bedroom, bath, and a-half condo that sleeps four guests with two queen-sized beds and a sofa bed. Enjoy the NEW living room furniture, full kitchen, washer/dryer, heated pool, BBQ area, balcony with NEW seating (Pictures to Come), Free North American long-distance calling, and Free Wi-Fi! This unit has a unique large layout with one bedroom and a private balcony. Come enjoy this beautiful unit and area!

Across the Street from the Beach—Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to `settle` the Madeira Beach area.

It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal, John`s Pass Village, and Boardwalk. John`s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop until your heart`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink!

Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The beach is across the road and a nice pool at the back of the building. Local amenities are nearby. Only downside is that condo fronts on Gulf Boulevard that is a busy/noisey street.

First time visiting this area and we loved it, it was beautiful. This condo was right across from beach with a very small but much loved view of the beach. The crossing to Beach access was close but be sure to make sure all cars are stopping. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for being there with family, cooking, and relaxing!! We will certainly be back. The people at the office were helpful and friendly.

Perfect spot

The location of this property was exactly what I was looking for. I brought my son and niece for several days and they even said they want to come back here. They felt safe and liked that they could walk to the beach by themselves and not be too worried. It was right across the street from a beach access point and the pool was perfect and clean. The property manager was so quick whenever I sent a message and super polite. The only thing was just that the street view with the balcony is noisy but honestly it didn't bother us too much. I have already reccommended this place to many people and hope to book again soon.

Only thing was timing of getting into condo

I emailed 2 days before to see if we could get into our condo earlier than the 4 pm check in time and was told to call once our airplane landed. We arrived at airport in Tampa at 11:30am and I called they said they thought we would be able to get in at 2.pm but they would call me either way when condo was ready. Never got a phone call back so just went there at 4 and got in... just didn’t appreciate being told we would get a call back no matter what when condo was ready and didn’t. They promised a blow dryer in condo and there wasn’t one but after I called they dropped one off next morning which was great! Everything else was great!

Will Not Stay Here Again

Arrival was easy and that night had no issues. Woke up to not having any running water. Called about the issue first thing in the morning and were assured it would be fixed. Arrived back to the condo after a full day at the beach and still had no running water. Had to call the emergency line since the office was closed and apparently this was a known issue for that day that we received no warning about. Water finally came back on at 6:30 that evening. Woke up the next morning and didn’t have running water yet again. However, that’s somehow not even the worst part of the stay. While we were out, someone came into our condo and set a package inside the kitchen. We were given no heads up about this and were truly disturbed that someone had come into our space while we were gone and had access to do so freely. This is an unnerving feeling especially when it’s two females staying alone. Just a side note, we could never figure out how to turn on the living room TV and the living room lamps didn’t work.

Michelle, Thank you for your feedback but it is not completely accurate. There was a water main that had been hit which was the reason for the water shut down. That is not something that is scheduled or preventable. In regards to someone entering the unit, we did apologize as it was something the owner ordered for the unit and it was the on site person that entered the unit while you were not at home. We apologized profusely and purchased a gift card for a local restaurant for the inconvenience. If you had a problem with the other items we ask that you report them right away so we can take care of them and make sure you are taken care of. The living room lamps are on a switch on the wall. We appreciate your business and hope that you still enjoyed your time.

We really enjoyed our condo. The lock box on The door was a little tough to get open the first day.

Our only issue was the lockbox on the first day but we eventually got it open. Everything else was perfect.

Great Location

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a nice location very close to John’s Pass (maybe 10 min walk) and the beach (across the street) The main highway was right next to our balcony which was nice for people watching but could be a little noisy if sleeping in the living room without a noise machine app or possibly on a spring break weekend at night. But we could see the sunset over the ocean from our balcony which was pretty neat and enjoyed being so close to everything. The house was clean and had everything that we needed and then some. We appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs. The beds were fairly comfy. Water pressure was good. For a one bedroom it felt very big compared to some other one bedrooms by the beach that we have stayed at. The pool was fine. An average pool - sort of in a parking lot but with a privacy fence around it. No elevator that I was aware of so be prepared for that when packing. The only thing I really was concerned about was that I was not receive any check in information so I called and they said for some reason their emails did not work well with hotmail. It all worked out fine and they were very helpful over the phone but maybe use a different email if you have one like that. Or if you don’t receive emails outside of vrbo maybe call. My gmail worked just fine.

Great Stay

This was a wonderful stay. Great location and the directions to property was very simple. As mentioned in the listing there is a of lack of toiletries but also cook wear & soap to clean the dishes. This is the last thing vacationers want to worry about. Providing extra amenities would go a long way.
