El departamento se encuentra en la zona de mayor plusvalia de Mazatlán, por lo que la hace una zona tranquila, segura y nueva.
El complejo donde se encuentra situado el departamento esta a orilla de playa por lo que tiene acceso directo a la misma, cuenta con dos albercas, accensor, areas comunes, area para parrilladas.
El departamento cuenta con una sola habitación, con dos camas matrimoniales, aire acondicionado, tv de paga.
El baño es completo.
La cocina esta totalmente equipada, con horno de microondas, horno covencional, batidora, tostador, licuadora, cafetera, refrigerador, estufa, utensilios de cocina, platos, bazos, tazas, cubiertos.
Sala comedor, cuenta con un comedor para 6 personas y en la sala tiene un sofa cama, tv de paga, airecondicionado.
Lo mejor en relación precio-ubicación-deparamento.
El departamento se entrega con papel de baño, jabon para manos, shampoo, toallas para el baño y la alberca, para manos y cara, un garrafon de agua, las camas con sus respectivos edredones y el sofa cama con lo necesario para que se pueda dormir, todo el departamento cuenta con wifi.
Cerca del departamento existe: una tienda de conveniencia cruzado la avenida "oxxo",se encuentra la marina mazatlan, el corredor de restaurantes bares y antros, plaza galerias, un poco mas retirado a 10 minutos en carro esta la zona dorada y a 15 el malecon.
En la esquina del departamento pasan los camiones urbanos y se pueden agarrar taxis.
El departameto esta diseñado para 4 personas con opcion a 6 personas maximo.
