Holiday house in villa with garden and pool, consisting of 4 units of various types from 4 to 5 sleeps each ( 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room , bathroom with shower).
Fully furnished and equipped, very comfortable, equipped with every comfort such as washing machine, satellite TV , microwave, toaster, etc. Large garden with area ( private for each apartment) for relaxing and outdoor dining.
Swimming pool with panoramic/seaview terrace.
barbecue equipped area for grilling, provided with picnic area with gazebo and wooden roof, private parking , playground . Towels, bedlinen and all houselinen provided for free.
For maximum convenience for those traveling by plane, each apartment is available for free a beach umbrella .
Comfortably cater for groups of friends and older people. We also suitable for families with small children , for which we provide for free cot with bed linen and high chair. Different options available, depending on number of people and needs!
We are in a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by greenery and in front of the countryside, just 5 minutes from the beach.

We decided to renovate and reuse of housing units that are part of our house, to accommodate those on vacation (or short term) wants to spend time in our beautiful island.

What makes this property unique

We provide everything you need, as in a normal house , because the holiday does not become a move! and everything is already included in the price !
We are equipped and suitable for families with children (also for very young children), for the elderly or with mobility problems. The garden offers lots of space for relaxing and dining outdoors , surrounded by greenery and tranquility ... and a beautiful pool, reserved only for our guests.
We are 5 minutes from the beach , in a panoramic position overlooking the sea , and in a strategic location for getting around the north coast of the island. We could give you advice and guidance on the most beautiful places to visit.
