This beautifully remodeled, large 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom private home located in the Nordic Village area of Snow Park is a perfect gathering spot for large groups or families. The home has been remodeled from floor to ceiling and includes new beds, flatscreen TV's in every room and cozy new living room furnishing. The kitchen and dining area are completely brand new as well. With granite counters, top of the line stainless steel appliances and gorgeous dark wood throughout this is one of the premier homes in lower Deer Valley. It is located just minutes away from the lifts at the base of Deer Valley which makes getting to the slopes a breeze.

The house is built on three levels with a large open floor plan and is about 4000 square feet. On the main floor you will find the great room, kitchen, dining room and 3rd bedroom. The great room area is the size of two living rooms combined! One section of the room is devoted to sitting in front of the fire with family and friends and the other more themed for watching the brand new LED TV. The kitchen and dining room are located just off the great room and also provide plenty of space for your group to gather.

Upstairs you will find two master suites and a small office area. These are the perfect rooms for the couples in the group. Downstairs on the ground level is the fourth and fifth bedroom along with the entrance to the hot tub and a ski prep room.

Great Room: Wood burning fireplace, ample seating with 1 leather couch and 2 overstuffed lounge chairs in the fireplace area and a giant leather sectional in the TV room! 46" HDTV w/ HD cable service, Blu-Ray DVD, CD stereo. There is also a wrap around deck with great views of the Snow Park area.

Kitchen: Equipped with brand new gourmet appliances including a Subzero stainless steel refrigerator , a Wolf six burner gas range and two dishwashers. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. It even has a 32" HDTV to keep up with the game while preparing dinner. The cook in your group will love this!

Dining Room: A table with seating for 10 people, adjoins kitchen area.

Fourth – Queen bed, shares bathroom with fifth bedroom, 27" HDTV, DVD, downstairs level.
Fifth - Twin bunk beds, Queen size sofa sleeper, 27" HDTV, XBOX 360 game console, wood burning fireplace, shares bathroom with fourth bedroom, downstairs level.

Hot Tub: Private, outdoor hot tub on downstairs level wrap around deck. Accessed through the fifth bedroom.

Laundry Room: Yes, brand new washer and dryer.

Mudroom closet has rollaway bed if needed.

Easy access to Deer Valley and Park City

Great place for a few families of friends to enjoy a week of skiing and hanging out. House was big enough and have a great kitchen for many home cook meals. Only issue is the heating isn’t great as some part of the house is too cold while other parts were too hot. Overall a great house for a big group.

2023 Ski trip

Went with family and had wonderful time. Property had 3 king sized BR's with their own baths, perfect for 3 couples and a bunk room that could sleep 4-5 easily. 15-20 min walk to Deer valley resort was perfect to get the muscles moving prior ski adventure. Fire places, kitchen (with 2 dishwashers), hot tub all in great shape and perfect for large groups.

We found this house to be great for 14 of us. Lots of open spaces, a cozy wood burning fireplace and a great hot tub. Perfect for post-skiing. Also the property is perfectly located btwn Deer Valley and Park City mountain.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for our crew. We had three families, 6 adults and 5 kids from age 6 to 11. There was enough room for everyone. The downstairs stays much cooler then the rest of the house and that is where kiddos sleep so just be aware for the winter stays. The home could use a few extra throw blankets for lounging, but not a big deal. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked breakfasts and dinner every day and had everything we needed. The location was great. A few night lights around staircases would be nice. The driveway was a slight hazard as we had a couple of hard falls where it looked wet, but was a sheet of ice. Some salt left in garage would have been good. Plenty of firewood is left which was nice as we used the fireplace every night. All in all I would recommend this house and stay again. The few issues we did have they were there within an hour to make right.

Great location and home

Walking distance to Deer Valley ski lifts and hiking trails as well as restaurants in Park City. House was large, clean and very well-stocked with condiments and kitchenware. Good for a large group. Only issue was that it is a bit dark inside during the day, but you'll hopefully be outside anyway.

Amazing place to stay for all ages

We had 3 separate families stay and it was more than big enough! All adults had a room with a bathroom attached and the kids were able to sleep together and had their own bathroom as well! Great kitchen and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Kitchen was well stocked also. There were a few cosmetic damages to things when we arrived but that's to be expected. Overall great time in a great house!

Great family home for large group!

This home is great for a large family to stay together. Unfortunately, the water was shut off for the first five hours of our stay due to a water main issue in the neighborhood. When I called the emergency contact for the home maintenance, a very nice gentleman came & let us know what was going on and when to expect the water to be back on. He also brought a water container so we could use the bathroom facilities while the water was off. He called a plumber to fix a shower problem in the main floor restroom that same night too. The home needs a little TLC but was overall very comfortable for our large family group! The kitchen was great for preparing a big Thanksgiving meal and there's plenty of space in the home for everyone to have some quiet space if desired. It was also nice that this home is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood near the Deer Valley resort and not far from Main Street, Park City too. Overall, we loved it! Note: there's construction of a new home going on right across the street but we didn't notice a noise problem from inside the home.

Great Location, Great Amenities, Great Owners/Property Manager

My firends and I have been going skiing in Park City for five years, staying at a different property each year. We finally found one that we can stay at year after year. The house is clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The kitchen is fanatastic! You will want to cook many meals. Too many amenities to list - soap, shampoo, TP, paper towels, housekeeping service, etc. Very convenient to Snow Park at Deer Valley. Shuttle bus will take you to and from. Five minute drive to Old Town. Easy booking, check in and check out. Owners take pride in this property and keep it maintained.
