The house is brightly lit throughout and newly decorated with comfortable and modern furnishings. The front door opens up into the main living space with a freshly renovated, fully equipped open kitchen. A beautiful tropical landscape fills the background of every view from the main living space thanks to the large window and exterior French doors, which lead out to the screened-in patio.

The ample outdoor spaces make this the perfect rental for those who like nothing better than to lounge out under the Florida sun in comfort. The massive, screened in patio with a charming interior garden feature is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a book. A large, fenced in backyard means your four-legged friends will too be able to unwind in comfort & safety.

When it’s time to literally chill out, you’ll find cool relief in the fully air-conditioned stand-alone recreational room attached to the patio. This space features lots of comfortable seating as well as a sleeper sofa for larger parties or when friends or family join your vacation.

The house is situated in a charming neighborhood, away from busy traffic and close enough to be a short drive away from plenty of dining and entertainment options. The beach is a 10 minute bike ride away, and beach chairs and umbrellas are included should you decide to visit any of Bonita's amazing beaches.

Our host was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property looked exactly like the pictures and we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and light filled home as well as the comfortable outdoor patio for barbecue and lounging in the sun.It's location is convenient to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
