This phenomenal property is conveniently located within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jons and great local restaurants and bars. Guests can unwind in style, kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cocoa Beach and our condo has to offer. 45 minutes from Orlando airport and one hour away from all Central Florida Theme Parks. Previous guest have taken advantage of the 60-day rental by having different sets of children and grandchildren spend a couple of weeks of their summer break.
