With 2 bedrooms, plus a den with a pull out sofa sleeper, this home has been totally updated throughout in gorgeous coastal decor and offers all of the modern amenities you desire. Bright open living area and kitchen with stainless appliances, ceramic top stove, beautiful tile, and skylights.

The living room with a large flat screen TV leads out to a wonderful screened porch for separate lounging or your early morning breakfast.

Inside, there are two beautiful queen sized bedrooms, one that leads right out to the tropical outdoor pool area, along with a den with a sleeper sofa and desk.

Poolside, you can lounge in the chaise lounges by the sparkling pool or BBQ and have dinner under the partially shaded area with a dining table. There is even an outdoor shower for showering off after the beach!

Island Time is located just a block off of Pine Avenue, with all of its shops and restaurants and you can walk just a few blocks to the Rod & Reel Pier and have a bite to eat or throw your fishing line in! When you are ready to explore the island, you can hop on board the free AMI trolley that runs daily along the entire seven miles of the island and has a stop at the Anna Maria City Pier, just blocks from your door.

We had the best family trip at this Anna Maria Island rental! The house was far more spacious than I imagined, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Honestly, it was even better than the photos online. This is our third time at this property. It’s a beautiful house with great location. We walked to town and beach. Most of time we took golf cart to beaches just north of Main Street, but the walk isn’t far either. Small house but plenty of room for our family of four. Everything is beautiful inside and pool is good size.

We loved our stay here. The house is so clean and well decorated. The pool was the best - large, clean, warm and private. The location was also perfect. Just off Pine Ave. and a short walk to the beach and restaurants in either direction. We highly recommend this property!

The location on Spring Street in Anna Maria was perfect. On one end of the street the City Pier on the bay and at the other west end of the street was the beautiful, white sandy beach on the gulf of Mexico. The cottage was beautiful, clean and so cute. The pool was amazing with just enough shade from noontime on to enjoy a break from the sun. Highly recommend this location.
