It was an amazing location and the host was very easy to communicate with our pup also loved it!! Would definitely stay again. Great outdoor space but outdoor furniture was a bit dirty could benefit from furniture covers, and there seemed to be a small ant problem outside and inside.

Terrific location easily walkable to the shops and coffee shops, and restaurants on Coast Village Road and Butterfly Beach. Sitting by the fire pit was a highlight. The hosts had a guide with great restaurants and excursions - glad we took their suggestion on visiting the historic courthouse in SB.

What a lovely spot to relax and reconnect! This house had the perfect setting plus proximity on foot to the village of Montecito and Butterfly beach. The beds were super comfy and the unit had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

The location and property was EXCEPTIONAL! We did not want to leave. Short walk to the beach, quiet, secluded neighborhood within walking distance to EVERYTHING! We did not want to leave. Truly one of my best stays with VRBO ever!

We had a really nice weekend. The property is clean and quiet. They’re surrounding neighborhood and businesses are exceptional. We really enjoyed the Jacuzzi and backyard. We would recommend this to anyone in the area.
