1. We allow well trained and behaved dogs at this property. Guests must clean up fully after their pet. This includes large amounts of fur during shedding season and yard waste.

2. NO SMOKING inside the property. Includes vaping, e-cigarettes and the like. Pick up and properly dispose any smoking waste in the exterior garbage when smoking outdoors.

The Clubhouse is comfortable and welcoming, and the fenced in backyard and patio is perfect for outdoor time with a pet. Check-in was easy and a great "home away from home". Easy to access all Sioux Falls has to offer from one great location.

Enjoyed my stay. House is spacious and well stocked with all you need. From a fully stocked kitchen to a fenced in backyard for your pets or kids if you bring any. Host made sure to have everything that anyone may need for an extended stay and even if you need to go somewhere it’s near restaurants, and stores. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed a relaxing stay here! Very clean and comfortable and the house has a fun floor plan. Nicely decorated. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs and the driveway was long enough to easily park our truck & larger motorcycle trailer. Would highly recommend this place. Host was friendly and responsive.

At first glance the place seemed clean. It could use a good deep clean. There was garbage between couch cushions, pet hair everywhere, needs to be dusted, and the floors seemed like they haven’t been swept.

The place was perfect for this trip. We needed a good sized living room with a bigger table to sit and enjoy time with family. Especially since it rained most of the time we were there. Plus having a fenced in backyard helped with our dog.
