Or walk a few minutes up the street to satisfy your cravings at the epic Gayles Bakery or the Capitola Produce and Fish Market. Walking distance to Nob Hill, CVS, Peets, post office...just about anything you need. My husband and I live in Chicago part -time but are now able to call Capitola home. I grew up in the area and now we both love everything it has to offer.
Why they chose this property
This was my mother's house since she found it under construction in 1998. She owned Paper Parade which was located next to Gayle's Bakery for 20 years so this area has been very special to me most of my life.
What makes this property unique
All of my mother's beautiful things still reside in the home. You will find vintage trinkets on display from her many travels abroad and specifically the flea markets of Paris. Please treat them with care!
