This space is exactly what we needed for our large group. The townhouses located adjacent to each other was perfect for us to be close by but still have a couple different activities happening at each. There is plenty of space in the majority of the bedrooms. The only one that was slightly tight was the one room marked as two twin beds. This is actually a trundle bed and not two separate twin beds. Both kitchens were adequately stocked for all our cooking preparations. One unit had slightly more amenities than the other but we were able to food prep at both properties for meals for our large group. The host was extremely responsive and answered all questions I had up to and including right before check-in. This property does require driving into downtown to walk the boardwalk or visit the beach but there was adequate parking available to do so. I would highly recommend this property for any large group gathering looking to explore the greater Rehoboth Beach area.

There were a few small issues; one of the ovens was not clean, a couple of loose faucets in one of the bathrooms, a detached floor trim in the kitchen area (a slight trip hazard), and one of the rear porch doors did not open. Nothing major. The host was quick to respond and offered to have some repairs made while we were there. I declined. Overall, the premises were very nice and my family and myself enjoyed our stay. One thing I do want to add is that when I first saw the ad on VRBO, I assumed it was one house with eight bedrooms (which made me start the rental process) but it actually is two, four bedroom townhouses neighboring each other. Maybe I missed that in the initial description but I was surprised to find that out once I paid for it.
