House easily met our needs for a family vacation. House was well maintained and beautifully appointed - more glasses and mugs than we could use in a day!! Close enough to walk to Rosemary Beach, but easy to take the car with the youngest family to Inlet Beach. Highly recommend

Lovely stay with our family and grands! Convenient to Inlet Beach, (only a 3 minute drive), across the street from the community pool! It was refreshing and relaxing and not far from the busy 30A scene which is why we chose privacy and less traffic over busyness and commercialism. Easy walk to restaurants and stores, clean and pristine home. You will need to supply odds and ends like salt & pepper, coffee, condiments etc. as the kitchen is pretty basic but it does have lots of dishes, pots & pans etc. We would return again….maybe next year!

Nice a house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was all good. The house had everything you needed in the kitchen and all around. The only thing is that the house had some wall work and there was dust on the floor in some areas. Additionally the trash in the garage smelled pretty bad from guest before us and has insects flying around. Some bugs carried into the house but nothing major. It would be nice to have had those emptied before we showed up.
