Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return the outdoor cushions to the garage.
Start the dishwasher and take out the trash.
Stripping used beds is appreciated. Please also start a load of wash with towels in both the garage and basement washers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home is beautiful and set up for serious fun. Between the lake and proximity to the town and surf breaks you cannot beat it. The host is great. Can’t wait for our next stay.

Gorgeous house

We stayed here for only 4 nights with a party of 4 adults but had a wonderful time. The house is outstanding! The photos are completely accurate but in fact really don't do it justice. The house has the best appointments with top notch furnishings and supplies. Beds were extremely comfortable with lovely linens and my daughter particularly loved how soft the towels and linens were.The house was spotlessly clean and had all the supplies you might need. There also appeared to be lots of kid beach stuff (in the garage, not obtrusive) and I noticed gates around the deck area that seem designed to keep little ones safe from wandering. I think the house would be quite kid-friendly for families with young ones.The kitchen was extremely well stocked and has literally every "toy" you can think of. We did no cooking but if you like to cook this is your place. Also full, high quality outdoor kitchen with a large, high end gas grill (Lynx) if cooking outside is your wish.The best feature for us was the outside deck, pool, hot tub and outdoor furnishings. Lovely landscaping and a small sandy pathway leading to the beach on Lake Montauk. We most enjoyed just hanging out, listening to the birds and enjoying the view. The communication with property manager was outstanding as well. A couple minor things were handled immediately and I felt completely at ease in that regard. The location was very convenient to town and one could drive there in under 10 minutes for food, shopping, etc.
