Very nice large home. It accomodated all our needs and met all our requests. Lots of stairs and the "shared" bathroom on the 2nd level where the kitchen is located and most people congregated is also the primary bathroom for one of the bedrooms. We got our exercise in on the stairs. With that, we still enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this home to others.

Our day was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location being next to beach access was awesome. We would definitely stay here again wonderful house.

House is very large and spacious. Perfect for large gatherings and feel like it could sleep several more than allowed, as there is tons of floor space for air mattresses. The beds were comfortable and we were provided just enough of the necessities for our length of stay. We didn’t use the game room so can’t comment on it. I do feel like my older kids would have enjoyed that space. The kitchen is very large. Our group gathered in the kitchen/dining/living area most of the time. Even though the property smelled of fresh paint when we arrived and seems to be very new in construction, we noticed some mold on walls in the dining area and master bedroom. We had a group of 15 ladies.We were disappointed in the pool area. The exterior area of the house around the pool could use a cleaning as there were lots of bugs on the walls. Also, the lights in the pool area were not working. We reported this but lost out on a few nights around the pool. The light in pool was broken so we didn’t feel it was safe for nighttime use. The house is walking distance to the beach and very close to Stinky’s. We were able to ride the LSV to some restaurants and stores as well.
