Spectacular Gulf views from this pristine 11th floor beachfront condo in an excellent walkable location makes for a lovely island vacation. Meticulously maintained & updated condo #1103A in highly sought after Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from our patio, fantastic natural sunlight and peaceful water views from every room in our condo.

Beautifully maintained beachfront complex with well-kept heated pool, a lovely private beach, brand new tennis and pickleball courts, and sits on seven miles of white sand beaches.

Fort Myers Beach was heavily impacted by Hurricane Ian in September 2022 and is in the process of building back our wonderful island. Construction is ongoing throughout the island and in our condo complex. Thank you for your understanding and support as we all work together to rebuild Fort Myers Beach.

Walk to CVS, 7-11, a marina with boat rentals & sunset tours, a trolley, and more. Publix grocery store is 2 miles away, and 30+ restaurants are open on the island.

As of January 2025, Santini Plaza (the shopping plaza across the street from our condo complex) stores are beginning to reopen, and more will open in the coming months. Once Santini Plaza fully opens, you will be able to walk to restaurants, boutique shops, and more. As of January 2025, Santini Plaza also has a Farmers Market on Thursdays.

Two flat screen smart TVs, Xfinity cable with 140+ channels and free private/secure Xfinity high speed WiFi internet. Especially well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, J.A. Henckels cookware, stainless appliances, undercabinet lighting, and all you need to make great meals and memories. Newly painted condo interior, and brand new bathroom with granite counter, bamboo vanity, and high end fixtures.

Luxurious linens, blankets, a king-size pillow top mattress, great pillows, and the ocean breeze will help you to sleep especially well. Plentiful high-quality linens and beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, beach toys & more. Sofa converts into a hide-a-bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. Laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers available in our building.

Take trolley ride to downtown Fort Myers Beach, a library, grocery store, and Lover's Key State Park to rent kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle boards and bicycles.

This lovely condo sits in the heart of the Gulf coast of Florida on the south end of Fort Myers Beach, also known as Estero Island, a 7 mile island of powdery white sand beach. A quick drive to Lovers Key, Sanibel Island, Bonita Beach, Naples, The Edison and Ford Winter Estates, and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. There was a closet filled with beach paraphernalia and toys. The best thing however, was the view. We had perfect sunsets over the Gulf as well as sunrises over Estero Bay. In walking along the beach we were able to see dolphins frolicking as well as a rare Oystercatcher bird.

We enjoyed our stay! There is still hurricane restoration on the beach, but it will be beautiful when done. The condo unit had everything we needed. It was nice that there were beach chairs, fishing gear and cooler available for use. We look forward to returning to Fort Myers Beach in the future.

Loved our location and condo! Wish both elevators were working as it was an adventure getting too and from our place. Also the owners we encountered weren’t very friendly. All in all a great experience!

Very clean, comfortable efficiency apartment. Decor is a little dated, but we had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, nicely (and recently) updated bathroom. Beach chairs and towels, even a small cooler perfect for packing a few drinks. We enjoyed our stay, despite sub-optimal weather. Great location and great view.

An excellent property for us with an ocean and southern view. Very clean with every household and Beach amenity. A Large pool. Excellent location minimizing the Ft. Meyers beach congestion and across the street from Santini shopping Plaza. Only one suggestion: the beach towels need to be replaced. We will definitely be coming back.

Exceeds Expectations!

This property was absolutely perfect! Awesome for 2 people and it was loaded with anything you would need for a great vacation. Tons of stuff for the beach and kitchen was awesome. Location was perfect for us. We like being away from the craziness of downtown FMB but was close enough to get to easily. Owners were super responsive and great to work with. Can’t wait til next year!!

From the initial booking to the checkout, our stay at Tim and Maria’s unit was excellent. They offer an incredibly stocked kitchen, a closet full of everything you could need for the beach as well as a perfect beachfront location. Perfect get away

What a perfect little get away with an absolutely amazing couple to work with!! Marcia and Tim were great at communication and made sure that everything was exactly as they stated in their description of the condo. The views were fantastic for sunsets, the beach is beautiful, the pool was the perfect temp and we enjoyed the more quiet, easy going pace vs. being right close to downtown area. Construction is still on going and the area is slowly startingbto open back up with shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and so appreciated the great communication with Marcia and Tim!!

Awesome vacation for two!

The condo was perfect two ! It had everything you needed and was very clean . The owners Maria and Tim were very helpful and super to communicate with!! A great sunrise and sunset right from the balcony. There’s a beautiful pool and beach to walk out to everyday! We will definitely be renting again and can’t wait to go back! Great Beach getaway

This condo was perfect for our beach getaway as a couple. Condo was clean, very well supplied, and very comfortable. Great water views, nice pool, perfect beach access. Owner was very kind, and check in was easy. Somehow they are ahead of others in this area recovering from the hurricane. The only other thing I will say is, be aware of long traffic delays if you are trying to go north to the Ft. Myers bridge rather than south to the Bonita Beach bridge. GO SOUTH!

Met all Expectations!

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at Maria and Tim’s condo. The place was spotless and I loved how everything was organized to ensure a trouble-free vacation. I never tired of the gorgeous view of the beach. When we had some difficulty navigating the TV system, Maria was quick to call to help us out. While the lobby and pool areas were under construction during our visit, I could see that the areas will be beautiful upon completion. I look forward to returning to the Estero Beach and Tennis Club so that I can see it when it is finished.

Fort Myers condo

The condo and pool were nice. They only had one elevator working for 13 floors. We were expecting all the restaurants within walking distance to be opened. We didn’t know about all the hurricane damage until shortly before we left to go there. Island is only 40% rebuilt. So construction everywhere and beach outside condo had workers 24/7 moving sand with big loud equipment. It was still good to have sunshine and warm weather. Could see the sunrise and sunset from balcony.

Older building but affordable

You could tell it was an older building, but decently priced. I wish they’d have the temperature set lower for when you arrive, we had a late arrival and the small wall air conditioner was not enough to cool the room we were sleeping in. Once it got there it was comfortable, but took a while. The coffee machine decided to stop working after we bought some coffee grounds from the Publix nearby, and we had to go buy coffee daily.
