This is a beautiful property. The location is great, the house is spacious, spotless and very nicely furnished. We had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. We all especially liked spending time on the large screed porch. Thank you, Michael and Xiu-hua!

You could not ask for more! An amazing house, short walk to beach and close proximity to town. This home has everything too - a well stock kitchen, outdoor grill, beach chairs/etc., screened in porch and more. Plenty of space for a large group to spread out. We hope to return soon.

Very clean and spacious property as advertised. The provided 2 beach carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas were a huge help in cutting down equipment we needed to pack. Being so close to the beach with 2 little ones was also key. Mike was very responsive when storms caused an issue with the door lock code as well and it taken care of quickly. We hope to be back sometime soon!

This house is beautiful and even more spacious than the photos! The location is perfect, with only a very short distance to beach access and a 5 min walk into the main part of town. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental of what felt like an owner's brand new home. Well thought out and designed, comfortable and quiet, exceptional family space and big well equipped kitchen for great feasts. An owner who is attentive and wants to make sure you love the home and charming town of Lewes.

This home is in the perfect spot at Lewes Beach. There is very easy access to Lewes Beach, Dairy Queen, the rail trail and in-town Lewes. The kitchen had more than adequate pantry storage for our food. The kitchen was well appointed for all of our cooking needs - the counter top Air Fryer/Convection oven was well used. The parking was either in the driveway or along Cedar, we easily fit 4 cars. The garage was a great place to store our bikes and beach gear. There were plenty of beach chairs and 2 wagons to haul stuff to the beach. The extra fridge in the garage was great for beverage storage. The screened-in deck off the living room was great for hanging out in the morning and having dinner in the evenings. The bunk room had a ton of sleeping space with two twins, a full and queen size bed - great for the kids. Mike was a great host and promptly answered all of our questions before the week began. Overall an excellent week in Lewes in this very new and beautiful vacation home!

My whole family (10 of us!) enjoyed our stay here. The house is very spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the size of the kitchen and living area on the top floor, but still enjoyed getting to have our own spaces. It was a very short walk to the beach and we appreciated the beach materials that were provided. Communication with the host was timely when we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!
